Salary Range : $60,000 - $85,000 annually

Duties and responsibilities

  • On-Site Coordination : Be present in Heber City and various locations along the Wasatch Front to oversee and coordinate project activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with City and County Officials, Developers, and Contractors to facilitate project progress.
  • Information Relay : Act as a liaison between Project Managers / Engineers and other internal departments : Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Project Support : Assist Project Managers by providing on-site insights, monitoring project developments, and addressing any issues that arise.

Create and monitor project schedules and submit them for review as required. Support Project Manager in proper execution of contracts ensuring work is within contract parameters.

Accurately track and report progress of construction projects and similar related tasks.

  • Government Navigation : Understand and navigate local government agencies, policies, and politics to ensure project compliance and smooth execution.
  • Technical Understanding : Have a moderate understanding of fiber networks and their construction to effectively communicate technical details and requirements.
  • Clear Communication : Ensure clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and reporting on project status regularly.
  • Create and maintain trackers for project statuses to ensure all revisions are recorded.
  • Some negotiation with vendors and / or customers as required.

Qualifications

Experience :

Background in sales, engineering, construction, or technical fields preferred.

Good understanding of the Telecommunication / Construction industry is considered an asset.

  • Proven experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, or similar roles.
  • Excellent safety record and previously demonstrated safety awareness

Skills :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to understand and navigate local government processes.
  • Basic technical knowledge related to fiber networks is a plus.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Personal Attributes :

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
