Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage a caseload of pre-litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis and collaborate with staff and investigators to gather evidence
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers throughout the claims process
- Demand claims and negotiate resolutions for Third-Party and First-Party (UM / UIM) liability claims
- Prepare legal documents, including demand letters, mediation briefs, and Petitions for Minor's Compromise
- Lead and oversee a team to ensure optimal case management
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Passion for helping people and advocating for injured clients.
- Strong administrative skills, including effective organization of files, documents, and records.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for case assessment.
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Desire to grow and develop within Personal Injury law.
- Strong leadership abilities, including team management skills.
