Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant at Consistent Solution Nursing in Newton, MA. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patients' health, and maintaining medical records.
The role also involves working closely with healthcare professionals and following established care plans and protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant
- Experience in providing direct patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- CPR certification
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
