A company is looking for a Billing Specialist responsible for managing billing processes and supporting revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit accurate invoices based on service records and contractual agreements

Review and reconcile billing data to ensure completeness and compliance

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking billing metrics

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of billing experience in a healthcare or medical setting

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)

Familiarity with medical billing software and terminology

Knowledge of insurance claims processing and reimbursement procedures is a plus
