Director of Nursing
Are you a passionate nursing leader ready to change lives? We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Nursing to join our team at The Community Supports Network, Inc.

What you'll do : Develop and implement innovative care plans that improve client outcomes.
Build and lead a high-performance team of nurse contractors across three states and seven programs alongside local leadership.
Oversee and monitor a system where contracted nurses provide direction and oversight to medication aide staff in a community-based setting.
Ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining the highest quality of care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create exceptional client experiences.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Build strong partnerships within our community.
Occasional onsite visits to each program.
Provide on-call support as needed Monday-Friday.
Monday - Friday calls may occur outside of business hours for virtual assistance with direction and monitoring.
What you need : A valid RN license in Nebraska.
Proven track record in mental health or intellectual disability services.
You're a natural-born leader who can organize anything.
Know your way around electronic health records.
Able to pass a background check with favorable results, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
Full range of motion and physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications.
