State Farm Agency, located in Edinberg, TX has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This is a low-pressure, high-reward customer service position for someone who is motivated and has a passion for helping others!
The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support our awesome sales team! Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude.
Someone with an outgoing, energetic, vivacious personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.
This is a fun team and a busy office; we need someone who will thrive in a team environment.

- Must have the ability to commute to our local Edinberg, TX location, this is an in-office position.

Requirements :
- Property and Casualty license must be able to obtain
- Life and Health insurance license must be able to obtain
- Insurance experience is not required but is preferred.
