Physician / Surgery - General / New York / Locum or Permanent / Surgical - Urology - Physician Associate opening in Albany, NY Job
Seeking Full-Time Surgical PA to play a crucial role in supporting our General Surgery team, specifically in Urology cases.
This role involves working closely with Urologists from to provide comprehensive patient care throughout the surgical process, from preoperative assessments to postoperative management.
You will be integral in improving patient outcomes, ensuring efficient surgical operations, and contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
- First assisting, admissions, and rounding on the campus of Hospital located in Albany, NY.
- Schedule : PA coverage is 2 12-hour shifts (6a-6p) and 2 8-hour shifts (6am-2p)
- Weekends : currently1 : 4
REQUIREMENTS : Applicants should have the following :
- NYS licensure and DEA required;
- Graduation from an AMA approved program, Board Certification;
- Experienced or new grads encouraged to apply.
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE :
- 15k Bonus (5k Starting, 5k Retention, 5k Relocation available if live outside 50 miles of SPHP)
- Competitive base salary range 125k-143k

- Paid malpractice, including post-employment tail coverage
- CME time & expense allowance- $2,500 annually
