Under the direction of BBDS Admin leadership, this position will represent the company in a positive and professional manner to develop and enhance client relationships;
provide direct support to external producers in ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.
This position will also be responsible for seeking out new customers, and upselling existing customers to increase program participation and meet revenue goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients
Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various products to promote sale of F&I programs.
Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their needs, current provider, and seek out opportunities for us to work with them.
Producers are responsible for acquiring all information necessary for submission to external producers to prepare rates, proposals, and coverage to prospective customer.
Call on existing and prospective customers to explain programs, to analyze and to suggest additions or changes to their selling technique, ensure adequate support is being provided and maintain a strong relationship.
Offer and schedule trainings to be conducted either by themselves or the appropriate external producer.
Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis and research of customer requirements through first party resources.
Keep communication with clients consistent and log all communication in CRM.
Assist in customer escalation following established processes and / or procedures. Follow up and resolution of customer concerns in a timely manner.
Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
Identify opportunities of improvement in the company. Assist in creating and implementing solutions.
Attend trade shows to promote company and programs.
Provide sales administration support.
Performs other functions as assigned by management.

Required :
Minimum education High school diploma
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
1 3 years experience in a similar position
Preferred :
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline
