We are seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with acute care experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine to join our team.
Our providers are equipped to deliver comprehensive health assessments and manage common to complex injuries and illnesses in the patient's home.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating complex illnesses, performing therapeutic interventions, and using critical thinking skills to provide evidence-based care.
Additionally, providers will analyze test data, educate patients and families, and communicate effectively with all individuals involved in the patient's care.

- Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in acute care settings
- Graduate with an advanced degree and current unrestricted state license
- Nationally board certified with prescriptive authority and DEA
- Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
