WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Support in team management by developing andcross-training Tribe members
- Lead shifts by setting the pace, delegatingassignments, and keeping others on track
- Create a positive guest experience by providingtop notch service and resolving issues
- Uphold and enforce food safety and qualitystandards
- Support in completing checklists
- Monitor online ordering for speed and accuracy
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative dutiesincluding cash handling, inventory, or paperwork
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :
- Previous leadership experience
- Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volumeworkload
- Deliver craveable food through recipe adherenceand food quality standards
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- The ability to empower and mentor Tribe
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must learn to cross train in all positions
- Must get a managers food handlers certificationupon hire
- Must have slip resistance shoes (day 1 oftraining)
- Upon hire, must pass a leadership validation test
