Job Title : Building Engineer - HVAC
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Building Engineer specializing in HVAC systems. The successful candidate will maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot various HVAC systems, including fan coil units, building loops, pumps, heat exchangers, and forced air components like VAV, circuit setters, and controls.
Responsibilities also include identifying maintenance tasks or risks, coordinating with HVAC service contractors for repairs and installations, and documenting maintenance activities using CMMS.
Additional duties may involve basic electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and miscellaneous maintenance tasks as needed.
The position operates from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the expectation to respond to emergencies or work up to 16 hours for emergencies or special projects.
