Location : Concord, MA - North Eastern Correctional Center (Farm)

Pay rate : $67,000-$69,000 / annually. Salary differential is paid to those who are fluent in the Spanish language.

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm, one evening shift 11 : 30am-7 : 30pm and possibility of weekends

Qualifications :

• LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or closely related field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Corrections experience preferred.

The Correctional Recovery Academy Program (CRA) Program Director is responsible for :

• Managing the Correctional Recovery Academy program within guidelines per contract specifications.
• Ensuring assigned staff comply with Spectrum Health Systems and the Massachusetts Department of Correction (DOC) policies / procedures and standards.
• Organizing, implementing, and supervising the program design as defined by the program manual.
• Ensuring compliance with on-going analysis and use of the quality assurance system as defined by the State Director.
• Working with State Director or Regional Director to formulate corrective action plans when necessary.
