AR Specialist

Accounts Receivable Opening! Fully Onsite in Worthington, OH

Pay $20-22 / hr

• This role will be doing more AR functions then collections (B2B). However, they would love to have a well-rounded AR associate that can do full-cycle if need be.
• Accept and process payments
• Monitor accounts :
• identify outstanding debts
• able to track down correct person to correct any discrepancies
• resolve billing and customer credit issues - excellent communication skills

Advance AR" - able to go into system and do adjustments

• Data Entry - 3rd party portals
• go into customers systems and upload their invoice
• Oracle, Coupa, etc.
• clients help out, and manager has saved filed on how to access
• Systems : MS Dynamics SL, Basic Excel (Data Entry)
