- Float between close by clinics
- Clinic hours :
- Monday - Friday : 8am - 8pm
- Saturday : 8am - 7pm
- Sunday : 8am - 5pm
- Clinical Information :
- Patient Volume : could be up to 35-40 / day in 12 hours - some locations slower
- Practice EMR : Practice Velocity
- Providers can wear scrubs : solid color without another medical company logo and not black, white or red
- Required :
- Local Candidates only, no travel expenses
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- MUST be comfortable working with children 3 months old and up, no exceptions
- Candidates needs to have 3-6 years of experience in either Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine or a fast paced Family Practice
- Must be board certified in one of the following :
- Family Medicine
- Med / Peds
- Emergency Medicine
- Must be comfortable with, and experienced in treating children as young as 3 months old
- No travel including mileage or lodging
- Active TX License
