Job Duties :
- Work collaboratively providing ABA services within our service model
- Serve as a model to behavior technicians in providing effective and compassionate ABA.
- Participate in mentorship and case review meetings to develop clinical skills
- Under the direction of the Clinical Director and with support from an assigned BCBA you will develop the skillset needed to work independently upon certification.

Minimum Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years ABA experience
- Enrolled in a BCBA program
- BA / BS
- Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs
- Ability to pass background / fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide / obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing
- Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, and proper auto insurance and vehicle registration
