Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Electrical Panel Builder. You will work on assembling wire panels for large water filtration systems using schematics. The role requires working Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts from 6 am to 4 pm.

Assemble wire panels for large water filtration systems using schematics.

Read and understand mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.

Maintain a steady pace working in a manufacturing environment with physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.

Lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Work effectively as part of a team and individually.

Provide personal hand tools suitable for the job.

Enter daily transactions using basic computer knowledge.

Obtain a Hi-lo license while employed.

Essential Skills

At least 2 years of electrical panel building experience.

Ability to read and assemble using schematic prints.

Possession of a valid driver's license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Good attendance record and punctuality.

Strong mechanical skills with a focus on safety and quality.

Forklift experience is highly desired.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 / hr.
