We are seeking a motivated & proactive sales professional with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, & the ability to adapt in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop & implement a strategic sales strategy to achieve growth objectives in the assigned territory, utilizing existing business marketing leads & prospect lists.
  • Establish & maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts & foster new partnerships by engaging with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, & other stakeholders.
  • Update & manage records within the company CRM, ensuring all interactions with customers are logged.
  • Partner with independent sales teams to target the Acute & Ambulatory Surgery Center market.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales representatives to boost sales growth.
  • Produce monthly sales reports highlighting sales volume, potential sales, & strategies for client expansion.
  • Monitor competitor activities & products to identify opportunities & ensure competitiveness.
  • Showcase proficiency in closing complex sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of AliMed products, services & their value propositions to align with customer needs.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, set clear deadlines, & ensure delivery of high-quality results.

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales with Supply Chain, Purchasing, & Contracting in the Acute Care market.
  • Data analysis proficiency for trend identification.
  • Expertise in strategic & product-based sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, & Word.
  • Capability to work both independently & collaboratively.

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to safely & successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state & local standards, including meeting qualitative & / or quantitative standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to lift & carry up to >

10 lbs.

  • Must be able to talk, listen & speak clearly.
  • Travel required for this position is 75%.
