General Manager

The General Manager position starts at minimum wage and raises are given upon completion of training evaluations completed by team member and training manager. Northern Oregon ranges from $15.95-$20.01. Monthly bonuses are offered if criteria and responsibilities are met- they are not guaranteed. Newly hired GM's will qualify for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance upon their hire date and those benefits are available for employees to use after 60 days of employment. We abide by OR State requirements for sick pay.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition : Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to / from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
