Physician - Family Medicine - Byron Center, MI -Byron Center FM

Byron Center Family Medicine is seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine physician to join their busy practice. The practice is in Byron Center, MI just south of Grand Rapids.

As a member of the care team, you will join four physicians, four Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Manager, LMSW Social Worker, Pharmacy, and a team of highly functioning support staff.

To provide the best patient care, the office is open extended hours providing a flexible schedule. Call is supported by a first line nurse triage system, making home call extremely manageable.

Qualifications

• Required Doctorate
• LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-DEA Registration - STATE MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required
