Overview of the Role :

Lead the future of healthcare technology management as a District Manager overseeing clinical engineering operations across a prestigious 23-hospital academic health system. This executive-level position offers the opportunity to drive innovation, ensure patient safety, and manage cutting-edge medical technology while building a diverse, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as Executive Director for Healthcare Technology Management across multiple hospital locations
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate business growth throughout the region
  • Lead succession planning and development of key clinical engineering personnel
  • Build and mentor a dynamic team with diverse expertise in medical technology
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for medical equipment
  • Manage budgets and assess financial risks while identifying growth opportunities
  • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect healthcare technology infrastructure
  • Maintain client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for hospital leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of management experience in healthcare technology
  • Proven leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management within large healthcare environments
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity in healthcare settings
  • Superior business acumen and budget management proficiency
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of medical equipment compliance and safety regulations
  • Experience with multi-site operations and team development
