About The Position
Job Title : Technologist Job Specialty : X-Ray Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : 30 Experience : Minimum of 24 months of current Radiologic Technologist experience required License : Active Arizona state license required Certifications : ARRT, BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Must-Have : - No negative hits on the license - Flu vaccination, though declinations can be applied for Job Description : - Candidates with an Arizona address on their driver's license will not be considered;
please include a copy in your submission.- All candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.- Travel experience is preferred.
- Candidates should have a complete profile, including a cover page filled out entirely, a resume with all facility details such as size, number of beds, trauma level, and units listed.
- Provide a skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old) and active at the time of submission.
- Review and adhere to very specific background compliance requirements.- List all facilities, departments, and shifts open for work in your submission.
- Candidates must provide vaccination status in the submission notes.- On-call and weekend schedules will be determined by the facility.
- All requested time off should be noted and cannot exceed seven days; time off will not be approved in the first week of the assignment or during holidays.
