Job Description

Compensation : $285000 - $300000 Job ID : 26744

Job Function :

  • Four day work week - 28 hours, providing medication management to an adult only panel
  • 15 minute med checks with 45-60 minute psychiatric evaluations, 18-20 patients per day
  • Provide clinical care (medication management / psych evaluations) for patients to support efforts to achieve care plan goals
  • Ensure appropriate transitions of care with external Article 31 providers, hospitals, etc
  • Reviews case records to monitor quality of care
  • Precept Psych NP students 1 day a week
  • Standard business hours, M-F
  • Community health setting, full age range of patients, diverse caseload
  • Will consider going remote after completing a training / shadowing period of 2-3 weeks

Job Requirements :

  • NY State license (active or applied preferred)
  • Board Certified Psychiatrist in New York State
  • Fellowship training can be considered
