The Communications Associate will assist in the development of written, visual, and multimedia content for a multitude of uses.

Responsibilities :
Assist with the coordination and development of written and visual content for : Internal company announcements and newslettersCompany news and press releasesCorporate marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, signs, and other collateralAward submissionsCompany publications, including Clark’s quarterly magazine, SuperstructureDigital communications platforms, including long and short-form articles for clarkconstruction.

- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including coordinating RSVPs and creating event materials such as invites, nametags, and signage.
- Uphold consistent corporate brand standards in written communication and visual collateral throughout the organization
- Support the administration of the department’s operations including managing vendor processing and payment, maintaining project information, and coordinating department meetings and events
- Cultivate a network of industry relationships to bring potential business opportunities to Clark leadership
- Cultivate industry relationships to help attract and recruit top talent to Clark. A mindset of "All team members are recruiters"
- Exceed our stakeholders’ expectations by anticipating their needs, desires, and goals
Basic Qualifications :
- Work experience in communications or digital marketing is an asset, but not required
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated ability to write in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of English grammar and editing skills
- Command of visual design principles to support appealing and effective communication
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively with senior management, supervisors, colleagues, and partners
- Excels at working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Detail-oriented, with a drive to produce high-quality content, provide outstanding client service, and continually improve results and processes
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premier Pro, Premier Rush a plus)
- Experience or interest in the A / E / C industry a plus
