We currently have openings for three positions : two in the Truck Check-in Department and one in the Picking and Pulling Department.
Night Shift Hours : 3 : 30 pm to 12 : 00 am on provided schedule
Starting pay : $20.00- $22.00
What will you be doing as a Warehouse Associate :
TRUCK CHECK-IN DEPARTMENT
- Transport incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools / vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift,electric dolly, pallet jack, and / or elevator.
- Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
- Capable to process the 00DMS, and Truck check in of trucks / transfers.
- Knows how to clean and process mattresses coming back from deliveries
- Understanding of bin locations to ensure accurate inventory when restocking products.
- Fully understands the process of haul away and dump trailers.
- Has clear understanding of process for the wood, metal, and foam bins.
- Knows how to make a bale for cardboard and plastic.
- Has a good knowledge of the product when it returns from the trucks
- Ability to work all areas of Truck Check-in department.
- Identifies and uses all functions of scanner gun.
- Is able to restock items with use of scanner and knows locations of merchandise.
- Loads and unloads materials onto and from a variety of containers including, but not limited to, trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and / or trays;
utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish task.
- Ensures all material is actually transferred or delivered to the proper location.
- Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
- Participates in quality improvement efforts.
- Perform quality inspections on all equipment for damage and reports information to management.
- Attendance meet department standards in accordance with Warehouse Attendance Guidelines.
- Forklift Certified.
PICKING AND PULLING DEPARTMENT

You will need these skills as a Warehouse Associate :
- Ability to lift, pull, push, or carry up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to operate a forklift, picker, powered pallet jack, and manual pallet-jack
- Must pass / complete Mancini’s material handling equipment training cause within 15 days of hire
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
- Aptitude to properly use a handheld scan gun
- Aptitude for menial computer tasks Word, Excel, and our WMS
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly, both in written and verbal
- Can-Do attitude a must
- The team mentality is a must
- Knowledge of Lean Methodology a plus
- Knowledge of 5S a plus
- Knowledge of 6-Sigma a plus
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
