Sr. Director, Change Management Oversight and ControlCountry : United States of America

The Sr. Director, Change Management Oversight and Control will lead the strategy and execution of change initiatives across the organization.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of change projects, driving organizational transformation, and enhancing overall business performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of change management principles, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and frameworks to support organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for change initiatives.
  • Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of change projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Communication : Create and execute communication plans that effectively convey the vision, benefits, and progress of change initiatives to all stakeholders.
  • Training and Development : Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to change.
  • Resistance Management : Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to address and mitigate it.
  • Performance Measurement : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of change initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing change management processes and practices.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

A Master’s degree or professional certification in Change Management is preferred.

Experience : Minimum of years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields, with at least years in a leadership role.

Skills :

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in change management software and tools is a plus.

Working Conditions : Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.

Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
