We need a results-oriented professional who can develop new client relationships, identify top talent, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

In this exciting role, you will :

• Prospect and develop relationships with potential clients across various industries.
• Understand and present our staffing solutions to meet client needs.
• Identify, source, and attract top-tier candidates for open positions.
• Manage the entire sales & recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Utilize a multi-channel approach including phone, email, text, social media, and networking.
• Develop a strong understanding of our company culture and values.

To be successful, you will bring :

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the staffing industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong client relationships with integrity.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment best practices.
• Adeptness at utilizing technology and digital marketing tools for lead generation and recruiting.
• A go-getter mindset with a relentless pursuit of helping clients and candidates succeed.
• A passion for building trust and exceeding expectations.
• Compensation & Benefits :

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes :

• Base Salary : $65,000 - $90,000 annually (depending on experience)
• Lucrative Commission Plan : Uncapped commission structure with the potential to earn significantly more than base salary.

Top performers have consistently exceeded $165,000 annually.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or staffing.

• Have a keen eye for detail and can excel under pressure.
