Must have an active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in the state of New Jersey

We are searching for a Certified Home Health Aide to provide care for one of our valued clients. He has been diagnosed with dementia and as a result he is very forgetful and anxious.
The client is a fall risk and he ambulates with a walker. So we are searching for a passionate, patient and diligent caregiver who has Dementia experience.
Shifts are currently from 09 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Responsibilities
- Assistance with Toileting and Ambulation
- Assistance with Exercises
- Showering assistance
- Laundry
- Light housekeeping
- Shopping and Running Errands
Qualifications
- New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license, currently active and in good standing
- Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality are strict requirements
- Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work
- Dementia experience preferred not required.
