Job Overview
The Senior Director of Growth Strategy and Operations will lead and integrate key operational functions to support the Chief Growth Officer's strategic vision.
Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this individual will orchestrate and synchronize the Growth Strategy and Operations Staff activities, including market intelligence, competitive intelligence, tradeshow support, data analysis and executive support.
They will develop and implement robust operational plans, oversee daily activities, and ensure talent management aligns seamlessly with the Chief Growth Officer’s strategic objectives.
The Senior Director will act as a vital conduit for communication and collaboration across the Office of the Chief Growth Officer and the wider CGS staff, leveraging their deep expertise in operations and strategic planning to drive organizational success.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of business operations, and the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring that every facet of the Growth enterprise is harmonized and efficient.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions :
- Represent the Chief Growth Officer at the corporate HQ in Anchorage, ensuring alignment with the CGS and CAC’s strategic visions.
- Lead and orchestrate key operational functions to support the Chief Growth Officer's initiatives.
- Develop and implement robust operational plans aligned with the company's goals.
- Coordinate Growth Strategy and Operations Staff activities, including market intelligence, competitive intelligence, tradeshow support, and executive support.
- Ensure seamless execution of operational projects by synchronizing activities across various departments.
- Act as a vital conduit for communication and collaboration across the Office of the Chief Growth Officer and the wider CGS staff, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee the development and implementation of performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to inform operational and strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives that drive organizational success on behalf of the Chief Growth Officer.
- Ensure that all initiatives are effectively communicated and executed across the organization.
- Prepare and present reports and strategic recommendations to the executive team, providing clear insights and actionable plans.
- Manage the department’s planning process, including setting timelines, milestones, and ensuring accountability.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory :
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Formal education in strategic planning.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory experience in a leadership role in planning, business development, or related field.
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management, with the ability to align financial and operational strategies.
- Leadership experience managing operations in an international environment, particularly in Europe or Asia.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must obtain and retain a Top-Secret security clearance.
- Limited travel via vehicle and plane.
