As a CRM Product Manager, you will be part of the Product Management department supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?

• Lead CRM transformation initiatives, particularly Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migrations.
• Manage end-to-end data migration lifecycles, ensuring data quality, compliance, and minimal business disruption.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies, including risk mitigation and rollback plans.
• Cleanse, audit, and validate data to ensure quality and compatibility.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to align on requirements and resolve issues.
