The Position : Account Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic, growing team, headquartered in Bolingbrook, IL.
You will be pivotal in driving sales growth by cultivating relationships and promoting our products & services. The ideal candidate will excel in prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be expected to
- Manage a schedule for new business development through lead-referral and personal pipeline development.
- Manage an existing customer base, capitalizing on new business within those customers
- Develop and manage a sales plan working with a Sales Manager experienced in the industry
- Prepare and present presentations on multi-product designs and programs
- Maintain and update our networked CRM with activity, opportunities, etc.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships and expectations

Requirements :
- Minimum Education of an associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent, continuing education, or industry-specific training.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Industrial Packaging business-to-business sales.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
