Join our dynamic team at DDHQ as a District Life Sales Trainer! We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to partner with Agency Owners.

You will be instrumental in amplifying the reach and impact of our Life and Financial Services division, driving growth through strategic influence and innovative training.

Compensation Package :

  • Competitive salary base of $60K annually.
  • Potential to earn up to $40K in performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

Strategic Support and Guidance : Provide tailored support to Agency Owners and their teams focusing on life insurance and financial products.

Ensure high-quality policy writing and servicing.

  • Sales and Performance Goals : Achieve and exceed targets for self-sourced life and financial services business. Drive the success of our sales initiatives through effective strategies and actions.
  • Training and Development : Craft and conduct impactful sales training and product workshops. Utilize approved presentations and innovative marketing strategies to enhance agent capabilities.
  • Collaborative Initiatives : Work closely with the Distribution Manager to design and implement robust sales strategies for Life and Financial Services (FFS) products.

Engage in joint sales calls and facilitate diverse training formats, from in-person sessions to digital webinars.

Goal Setting and Execution : Collaborate across teams to meet and exceed departmental goals, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in financial services, with a strong emphasis on sales and client support.
  • Active Life and Health insurance licenses.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain within 180 days.
  • Proven ability in training and sales strategy development, particularly within the life insurance and financial services sectors.
