Objective :
Resource will provide daily functional / security support in the SAP ECC / S4 environment and Fiori Application implementation
Tasks :
- Resolve security requests for access to SAP ERP
- Respond to stakeholders to understand and document business requirements to solve issues.
- Understand County business requirements and write specifications.
- Create / maintain Master Data Requests.
- Troubleshoot problems, identify causes, analyze and resolve system issues.
- Develop, configure, and test possible solutions.
- Load files from various sources for COVID Dashboard reporting, Ariba Spend Visibility, Pcard processing, and journal entries.
- Create, perform, execute, document unit and integration testing.
- Research and implement Fiori App for County business process.
- Research and document issues / solution include performing tests for resolution. Includes communicating with SAP vendor on solution.
- Perform other related support duties as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience providing technical, analytical, configuration, integration support in S / 4 Hana functional areas (MM, FICO, Fixed Asset)
- Implementation and support of Fiori security and applications.
- Knowledge of accounting principles
