The Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst for MRO is responsible for collaborating through cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute category strategies which focus on leveraging enterprise volumes and relationships to achieve the greatest overall value.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead and / or support key initiatives and projects that drive value across the enterprise.
• Develop and leverage critical relationships with key stakeholders and organizations that foster improvements in the area of cost, quality, delivery and process.
• Lead the development of the Category Strategies for the area of responsibility in order to improve the position of the company.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the category as it relates to business requirements, market dynamics and trends, cost factors and the effect on quality and reliability on the company's objectives.
• Lead complex negotiations and ensure agreements properly address risk, sustainability, and meets business demand at the lowest total acquisition cost, utilizing direct leadership as appropriate for mentoring and development.
• Research available sources on a global level and conduct supplier assessments.
• Lead RFx processes through supplier selection, contract execution, onboarding, etc.
• Coordinate and lead supplier business reviews including feedback and participation with internal team members to drive business results.
• Assemble and lead cross functional governance for opportunity identification, alignment across sites, strategy execution, and value attainment through category management.
• Develops and implements new sourcing tools and leads initiatives to improve existing tools.
