Manager, Talent And Performance

The Manager, Talent and Performance role will help support broader organizational performance by helping to ensure we have the right people in the right roles. The ideal candidate for the role will be a champion of our pay-for-performance philosophy and will help create alignment and clarity on performance standards and expectations across all levels of the organization. This role will strategically work with business partners, specifically in the performance management and employee relations space, and leverage strong cross functional relationships to arrive at the right outcomes for our organization.

Salary range specific to for this role : $113,000 - $150,000 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, and qualifications. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
This is a hybrid role and requires you to be in office 4 days a week in our Morristown, NJ location.
