Summary :

Work withthe local ME s to develop, update and verify current OPM S andfollow customers AQE processes, and drive site costsavings.

PrincipalDuties / Responsibilities :

Work with localME s to develop, update and verify current OPM S.

Workwith plant value stream leaders on AQE processes.

Prepares, analyzes, and utilize CMMS or other databases.

Actively collaborates with maintenance team on the use ofpredictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologiesand strategies designed to identify or control risks prior tofailure and ensure optimum maintenance execution.

Performs ATS Root Cause, Bad Actor, and Fault Tree Analysis withpeer support.

Collects data and provides analysis andinterpretation of weekly / monthly CI savings for site roll-upmetrics.

Supports the FMS Standardizationstrategy.

Knowledge, Skills,Abilities, & Behaviors Required :

Associates degree and two years related experience; or equivalentcombination of education and experience.

Previousexperience with CMMS, Efactory Pro, SAP preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Power BI,Visio

Intermediate knowledge of Pinpointrequired.

Six Sigma experience preferred.

Physical Demands and WorkingConditions :

While performing the duties ofthis job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, speak,and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit for longperiods, reach with arms, and use close vision.

At times, theemployee is required to use a telephone, a keyboard and computer,and other office equipment. Work is typically performed in amoderately noisy business office.
