Position : Appointment Closer

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage potential clients through appointment setting, telemarketing, and follow-ups.
• Engage with spa owners and specialists.
• Provide detailed information about our contour spa services and answer any inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for consultations and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.
• Strive to meet and exceed appointment booking and conversion targets of 15% or higher.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Previous experience in appointment setting, cold-calling, telemarketing, or customer service is strongly preferred.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Organization : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using CRM systems and other related software. Experience with Go-High-Level software and Slack is a plus.
• Goal-Oriented : Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
• Team Player : Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Technical Requirements : Must have a reliable computer and internet connection. Use of Chromebooks is not permitted.
