They are currently seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst for their Los Angeles office. The role entails developing and maintaining the firm's financial statements, conducting ad hoc financial analyses and modeling, managing the planning and budgeting processes, and delivering timely financial insights to firm leadership.
Additionally, this position supports accounting functions such as accounts payable, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.

Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial reporting packages, including KPI reporting. Develop ad hoc financial analyses and models, responding to specific reporting requests.
Update financial models as needed. Support month-end financial accounting close processes. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Ability to perform complex financial analyses, identify trends, and effectively communicate findings to executives.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Experience with Aderant EA software or similar legal firm financial management software preferred.
Work Schedule : Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home) Compensation : The anticipated base salary for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
