Job Opportunity : Inside Sales Representative
A client of ours located in Sherwood is looking for an Inside Sales Rep . The ideal candidate with this role would have experience as an account manager and an insides representative.
About the Company : A top manufacturer and marketer of horticulture tools and supplies for lawn and garden, landscaping, irrigation, and agriculture worldwide.
Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively engage clients via phone, email, and other channels.
- Actively engage with clients at various stages, addressing their needs and concerns
- Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Update and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through effective communication. Requirements :
- Successful inside sales experience with effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Effective product presentations, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and industry trends.
- Purposeful collaborator with excellent collaboration skills.
- Basic Excel skills, experience uploading products to eBay / Amazon.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator with some photography skills.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8AM 5PM
Pay : $18 / hr.
Through Integrity, you will earn $18 / hour with a reduced commission for the first four months. If you transition to a regular employee, the wage becomes $15 / hour, but the commission increases to our standard rate.
