Project Architect
Our client is a design focused firm looking for a Project Architect to join their growing team.
Job Description :
In this role, you will be involved in all phased of the design process at a highly collaborative multidisciplinary firm. Project types include Workplace, Healthcare, Education, Athletics and more.
Responsibilities :
- The Project Architect will be responsible for start to finish project management.
- Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs
- Define project requirements and develop design criteria
- Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
- Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
- Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Requirements :
- Architecture degree required
- 7+ years of experience
- Professional licensure preferred
- Proficient in Revit and SketchUp preferred
