Construction Foreman – Lead Our Crew to Success

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who not only understands all aspects of construction but also thrives on leading a crew, problem-solving in the field, and driving projects to completion efficiently and with high quality. You will play a key role in ensuring both remodel and new construction projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning through completion

Allocate labor, equipment, and material resources effectively

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensuring safety and productivity

Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city / county officials, and clients

Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and original specifications

Provide hands-on expertise and mentorship to crew members

Qualifications

Extensive experience across all facets of construction (remodels, additions, new builds, finish work, etc.)

Proven ability to lead crews from start to finish on residential projects

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints

Comfortable working on both remodel and ground-up construction

Effective communication skills with clients, crew, and subcontractors

Positive, motivated personality with a strong d rive for team success and company growth
