Hours : Sunday Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to :
- Make lasting connections with our customers
- Prepare bakery products including a variety of donuts, cakes, and breads
- Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs)
- Assist with merchandising and receiving products to keep our shelves full
- Create and manage weekly work schedules for the entire team
- Train and develop future bakery employees
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary store
- Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
Jerry’s would love to see an individual who :
- Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
- Has experience working in a bakery (2-3 years preferred)
- Knows about pastries, breads, ovens, and good food
- Understands math and can follow recipes provided by Jerry’s
- Attended Food Safety training
