Pay : $25 to $40 per hour
Panorama Convalescent & Rehab Center is a continuing care community of 1000+ residents consisting of independent living, assisted living, and SNF / convalescent care.
Panorama's therapy team services the community through home health, outpatient therapy, and the SNF. We have subacute rehab, long term care, and a gentle care / dementia care unit in the SNF.
Large on-site therapy gym with FTF equipment
An ADL kitchen, an ADL shower, and functional washer / dryer inpatient
Separate satellite clinic for outpatient.

Qualifications :
Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
