Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking an Associate Director - Program Integrator (Program Management) tosupport a highly visible and complex area.
T he successful talent will report directly to the Program Manager (PM) working primarily with a government customer on products in all facets of the product lifecycle (development, build, and test).
What You Will Do
Collaborate with the program manager while supporting contractual commitments (to include financial, technical, and schedule performance)
Develop program-enhancing partnerships with functional organizations (e.g. Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Logistics, Data Management, and administrative functions)
Experienceengagingand reporting out toall levels of executivestakeholders
Set budgetary guidelines and direct the performance of program task elements
Operate as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Program Management Office

What You Will Do

Supportall phases of the program life cycle from proposal throughimplementation to closure
Travel, up to 25%, to participate in domestic and international businessengagementswithcustomers, partners, and teammates
Workclosely with aircraft manufacturers, US and international government representatives, and in country business partners
Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews with thecustomer
Managecost, schedule, scope, operational security andcustomerinterface activities
Coordinate and comply with applicable Export / Import regulations asrequired
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
12yearsof relevant experience inProgram Managementor arelevant discipline (such asProgram Management, Program Integration, Project Management)
Experience using one or more of the following program management resources : Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), or similar business processes
Experienceleadingcross-functionalteams
Experience working with proposal efforts
Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use ofprogram managementresourcessuch as EarnedValueManagementSystem (EVMS)
Experienceengagingand reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
An activeand in-scope Top Secret / SCI U.S. government issued security clearance isrequiredforconsideration. U.S. citizenship isrequired, as only U.
S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer

Demonstrated success presenting program status and issues to customer audiences (internal and external) in a clear, concise and decisive manner.

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey.
Over the course of the 14-week program, experienced professionals will gain paid, on-the-job experience, have an opportunity to participate in sessions with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching to guide their return-to-work experience.
Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions participants will be eligible for a career at RTX.
The salary range for this role is 158,000 USD - 316,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
