Position : Lead Software Development Engineer

About project :
The client is a multinational technology corporation recognized for its innovation and leadership in the software, hardware, and cloud computing industries.

You will be part of the team working on and improving the platform that provides an environment and a set of regularly updated services to manage the application lifecycle of your implementations of finance and operations apps.
You will be responsible for improving the existing platform and maintaining security compliance. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable software.
You will be leading the development team of 2-3 engineers, and guide the team in working on the improvements of the development process.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate as a team leader of the engineering team to build software solutions aligned with the Product Owner's vision
- Lead and maintain the development process of the platform using .NET stack
- Lead the security compliance process to improve software quality and sustainability
- Design and implement highly efficient and clean solutions capable of processing large volumes of transactions with low latency and high reliability
- Work on troubleshooting to keep the services running smoothly
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in leading teams with thought leadership, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead teams and drive projects across multiple workstreams
- 5+ years of experience in software design and development utilizing C#, .NET stack
- Hands-on experience in frontend development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience in working with Azure services : Cosmos DB, SQL, Azure Storage blobs, Application Insights
- Understanding and familiarity with security standards and baselines
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Nice to Have :
- Experience deploying applications in Azure
- Hands-on experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services
- Experience working with X++ language
