Job Description

As a Security Officer - Defense Facility Patrol in Hanover, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in the aero and defense sector, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with personnel, and providing excellent customer service and communication. You will contribute to a secure environment by responding to incidents and supporting the needs of the location. Position Type : Full Time

Pay Rate : $22.55 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Day Time Wed 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

Thur 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

Fri 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Sat 03 : 30 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Sun 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and adherence to protocols.
• Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site guidelines.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points as required by site procedures.
