Vibe Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager (ASM) to join our growing team! You will help the Site Manager develop, train, and maintain a team of people who deliver an exceptional car wash experience to our customers every single time.
In addition, the ASM will be responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of all aspects of the site when the Site Manager is not present.
This position is eligible for sales incentives, making paycheck potential limitless!
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all customers are receiving the ultimate VIBE Car Wash Experience at all times by engaging with them and getting consistent feedback
- Oversee and perform opening / closing / daily preventative maintenance checklists with staff
- Assist in coaching and training all team members on communicating the Unlimited Program to customers
- Assist in training Customer Service Associates and Shift Leaders
- Troubleshoot any urgent issues to keep chain moving from open to close
- Maintain all aspects of the property including landscaping and trash cleanup
- Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile on your face
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision
Physical Demands :
- Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle heavy equipment
- Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
- Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
