Compensation :
$85,000 - $180,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop leads through various methods to support the team's sales goals
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in real estate sales
- Follow up on leads diligently until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent
- Maintain communication with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to ensure brand recall when they are ready to make a purchase
- Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to track the team's progress towards company objectives
- Manage qualified sales inquiries and convert them into new clients
- Utilize CRM systems to gather and update customer information for agents' reference
- Schedule appointments efficiently
- Execute appointments professionally and effectively
Qualifications :
- An active Real Estate License is a mandatory requirement for this position or in the process of getting one.
- Previous Sales Experience is not necessary as we provide comprehensive training
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Must possess a friendly and personable demeanor
- Holding a valid Driver's License is a must
