- Benefits :
- Our mechanics average $25 - $32 / hour based on location and experience, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $15 / hour of performance pay
- All shop items are available at cost to Mettler team members
- Team members can use company equipment for personal use
- Shop open to team members after-hours
- Will be working side-by-side with the owner of the company at times
- In an effort to cover up to 50% of the employee's monthly health insurance costs, we will raise the employee's base pay to meet this need - up to $1,100
- Starting at 6 months :
- Tool allowance
- Retirement match
- Paid vacation
- Requirements :
- Must have at least 2 years of technical training or 4 years of working experience
- A desire to absorb training and learn new models / equipment
- Willingness to travel for training
