About the Role :

Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team in the Dove Valley, CO area. In this full-time role, you will provide essential support and services in classrooms experiencing teacher vacancies.

Your expertise will help enhance behavioral systems, structures, and academic support for students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to students needs.
• Provide direct support in classrooms to manage student behavior and facilitate a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to establish effective systems and structures for behavior management.
• Train and support educators in implementing behavioral strategies and interventions.
• Assist in academic support and modifications as necessary to promote student success.
• Monitor student progress and collect data to inform ongoing interventions and adjustments.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student needs and progress.

Requirements :

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• MUST have school-based experience.
• Strong understanding of behavioral interventions for students with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Valid state license as required.
