We give our team the resources they need to get their work done without having to sit in a cubicle or stuffy office. We prioritize connecting with each other and creating a sense of community.
Although we are remote, team members are expected to be available online during regular business hours, and there is occasional travel for events.
What We’re Looking For : Our Dream Team Member : 3+ years of PR experience in the consumer products industry Doesn’t hesitate to manage up and down and have their voice heard Enjoys crossing things off your to-do list Teaching others and in turn, learning, is equally important for them Resourceful, committed, and deliberate Reads media, scrolls TikTok, and enjoys finding new brands and trends Shares in brainstorms and isn’t afraid to come up with and try new ideas while encouraging others to speak up Wants to be a part of a small but strong and mighty team Appreciates the art of public relations and all of the moving parts Job Description : Work within the framework of a supportive 3-4 person team that will depend upon you to execute fundamental account tasks, while simultaneously leading clients’ campaigns, strategies, events, and activations.
A strong project manager who keeps track of deadlines and truly drives the account team train Work with senior staff to develop detailed brand strategies, campaigns, and activations Thoughtful about communications internally and externally Creative, passionate, and strategic in helping clients increase brand awareness and sales Builds and maintains strong media relationships with national print, online, and broadcast outlets Creating, planning, and carrying out influencer campaigns, both paid and earned Acts as the main point of contact on multiple accounts and communicates clearly, effectively, and confidently via zoom and email Familiarity with Cision, Muck Rack, TV Eyes, Creator IQ, or comparable platforms Familiarity with TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Benefits Eligible For : Unlimited PTO Paid time off between Christmas and New Year's Fabulous Fridays - work day ends at 12 pm between Memorial Day and Labor Day and 3 pm for the remainder of the year 401K with a 3% company match Medical, dental, and vision coverage Medical and Dependent care FSA Life Insurance Long Term Disability Access to discounts on pet, home, and auto insurance.
